Kalexius is strengthening its Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) activities through the acquisition of UK-based ALSP Lexoo.
The acquisition of Lexoo is a significant milestone for Kalexius’ growth and development, stemming from an increasing demand for CLM services globally. CLM has been a key element of Kalexius’ managed legal services offering since its inception in 2012.
